Big snow falls postpone day one of competition
The first day of the North Face Masters event is postponed untill tomorrow, weather permitting. They were expecting a big storm last night and today, and it came alright! This morning we were greeted with some pretty epic snow, but due to extensive avalanche control the comp was put on hold till tomorrow. We all were free to go and enjoy the powder! The line that I had picked out for the comp (which I was stoked on) is now out of bounds for the event due to slide that occured in the venue this morning. Its always good no one was hurt...but for selfish reasons that sucks!!! We are hoping the event will run tomorrow but the forecast is for high winds and more snow so we'll see how the day pans out!
